70 degres? IT'S ROSE TIME!!!


TASTING ROSE (it's supposed to be 70!)

2005 Cotes du Rhone, Rose.
Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault.Location: Along the Rhone river. Soil: Clay, Clayay-limestone, Stones.
Type: Light, Dry rose wine. Aromas: Red fruits, Cherry, Violets.
TASTING SUGGESTIONS: Barbecue, Spiced Saussages.

Cremant de Bordeaux NV J.L. Ballarin Cuvee Milady, Rose
100 % Cabernet Sauvignon.
Rose sparkling wine : Brilliant red robe. Charming notes of blackcurrant on the nose with lot of candied fruits. The Cremant de Bordeaux will charm you all along your meal in an ice bucket at a temperature between 5 to 8 °C.
